    I have been at this storage facility for over a year now. Things were great at first, but then their climate controlled area went down in my building and the environment was very humid. We noticed mold on a lot of our stuff inside. I filed an insurance claim with my renters insurance and they did nothing to assist me. They received contact info and were reached out by my insurance company, but never gave them a solid answer as to what caused the mold. We received an inspection report that the "Climate Controlled" building was very humid. There were several leaks within the facility and still no answer was given to help me move my claim forward. There are NO employees on site to see what people are complaining about and it takes days to get someone on site. Overall, I would look at other storage facilities if you are looking for one ...     Easy to enter with the code they provided. Unit was clean. Cart provided made it easy to haul boxes into the unit. Last time we rebated a unit, there were RF locks on the units. This one required you to have your own manual lock. I’m good with that. Less to break and set up. Climate control was good. So not worried about items cooking in the Alabama summer. So far, so good.     Listen, I’ve had experiences with storage facilities in a few different states, but when I tell you no one has ever treated me with kindness and respect the way that TJ and the team on Martin Road has.     Moving in was interesting. First of all I needed space for UHaul's largest truck and trailer combination and the StoreEase location on Martin Rd in Madison, AL fulfilled my requirements. There is no security gate around the parking so I did feel vulnerable to the outside world while loading, however, I experienced no issues and ended up being left alone. There is coded access into the building; and once you're in, there is no way for anyone that shouldn't be there, gaining access. So inside the facility, is extremely safe. There is considerable lighting in and outside the facility. This place is also emaculately clean; but no outside trash cans. The bathroom was convenient while I obtained my unit. But when I returned to leave, it was closed/ out of service unfortunately. There are no employees on site. They are virtual; located 200 miles south. Whatever the case, if you need their assistance, it isn't hard to get a hold of someone. I found this experience, quite futuristic and first thought it may be full of hassles. I was very surprised with expedited communication services. Need access to your unit? No problem. They'll text all the info you ever needed or send it to your email: your call. The three agents I did business with virtually, are extremely professional and walked me along the process so I did not feel overwhelmed. I'd like to emphasize my appreciation to the agents Jalen, Taleed and Baylee, each time, remarkably attentive to my needs and done so swiftly. I highly recommend StoreEase for your storage needs. There may not be anyone on site, but receiving help is not a problem at all. They will even follow up with you if they are busy, and doing so in a timely manner. StoreEase unit sizes seem to be priced very competitively and in my opinion, is well worth the cost, especially whence climate control and cleanliness is preferred. There is an onsite water fountain which is highly convenient (located inside during regular business hours).
