Rental Terms
Monthly Rent: $3,000 (Firm)
Security Deposit: One monthās rent.
Parking: One assigned garage/driveway parking space is included. A second assigned parking space is available for $56 per month, subject to availability.
Availability: Available for immediate occupancy.
Application Fee: $55 per adult applicant. The application fee is paid directly to our independent third-party screening provider and covers the cost of processing your application, including identity verification, credit, criminal background, eviction, and other screening reports, as applicable. Because these screening services are performed by the third-party provider, the application fee is non-refundable.
Resident Qualification: Applicants are generally expected to demonstrate verifiable monthly income of approximately 2.5 times the monthly rent. Applications are evaluated using a comprehensive review of the applicantās overall financial profile. In addition to income, we may consider credit history, rental history, available assets, debt obligations, savings, and other relevant financial information when evaluating an application.

One (1) small, adult, house-trained dog (over 18 months of age and under 25 pounds) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Sanitation
Approved pet owners are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary yard, including the prompt daily removal of pet waste. Failure to maintain the property in a sanitary condition may constitute a material violation of the lease.
