The space includes 2 bedrooms, living area with a television, dining area, kitchen, and ample storage space. The space is well-lit with multiple egress windows. This is a year-long lease beginning June 1, 2026. The lease will automatically renew unless a termination is discussed between the tenant and the landlord. To terminate the lease, tenants must request a termination at least 30 days in advance of the lease's renewal date. Tenants wishing to break the lease will be subjected to the full price of the month of the lease, and the security deposit will not be returned.
