Overnight Visitors: Short-term visitors are limited to a maximum of 2 nights per stay.
Extended Guest Stays: Any guests staying longer than 2 consecutive nights must be approved by the landlord in advance. Additional fees or lease amendments may apply depending on length of stay and occupancy count.
Accommodations & Bedding: Please note that the landlord will not supply additional beds, mattresses, or bedding beyond the provided setup.
Communication: I am flexible and happy to work with you! Please communicate any requests for extra guests prior to or during your stay so we can discuss and finalize terms together.
