we have lived with first key homes for 5 years. we have nothing but good things to say about this company. their rent prices are comparable with the local market. our rent started out at $1150 and now 5 years later it has only increased to $1430, which is really really good. especially with covid and some of the landlords raising the rent by $600 a month in some areas. so we are very blessed to have found first key homes

Overall we are happy with our home. It's conveniently located to most places we frequent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance mostly ok and knowledgeable. I say mostly because a recent problem, leak at the water main took far to long to repair, and now it is leaking again in the same place but worse than the last time. Needless to say are Bartlett water Bill's have been much higher than they should be. It is a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and we are about to sign our third lease.
