With 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks as well as boat mooring for renters: dock your boat 30 feet offshore, swim or kayak to boat and launch from renters dock! This property sits just 5-miles south of charming downtown Skaneateles Village - chock full of unique shopping and delicious dining. Guests have loved the fishing just off the shore at 5 mile point, hiking the nearby nature preserve trails, and of course boating on the famous 16 mile lake.
