Parking for 2 cars, some storage area possible for bikes/tools/or small workshop area for small additional monthly rent. Full garage bay available, if interested. Yard surrounds cottage, plus one wooded acre out your back door, and access to on property Waterfront on Lake Winni from fall to spring with option of use of boat dock and on-site kayaks during this time period, with public access to Lake Winni during summer months a 5-10 minute walk from the cottage, and town beach and dump sticker available. Shared garden available, if desired. Willing to trade/barter partial rent for help with 2-5+ hours per week of part time spring and fall landscape upkeep and general property maintenance year round. Credit check and landlord references required, and if interested in maintenance help or barter, general handyman references required from clients or job supervisors or friends/family.
