We remodeled this house last year. It was stripped down to the studs with new floor joists and new walls and a new roof and new everything inside of it. We also put in a new kitchen, new bathroom, new family room, new windows, new luxury vinyl floors, and the two bedrooms and closets were all redone as well. It has a new water heater and it also has two mini split heaters and ac units. We also redid the cement for the driveway and have a nice 1 car attached garage which has a nice walk in closet inside of it. We have an 8' x 10' sheds to use as well and we put in a new wooden fence so the backyard is fenced in. No smoking will be allowed and a pet would require prior approval and would add $50 per month for each pet approved. . I would require an application for anyone 18 or over and you can fill that out on Zillow. (The pictures were done during the remodel and I will be getting new ones eventually but the house is completed)
