Nice Neighborhood

Great town and people in the neighborhood. Unfortunately i was not aware when I first looked at this house that there was a railroad literally half a block away which thankfully i didnt not have an infant when moving here or thay would of been a struggle. Also dealt with a flooding basement foe about 3 months before anyone was sent to ‘fix’ it, but that have been amazing about fixing the heating/cooling when it needed it!

Review

The major issue we've had since we've moved in two years ago is with the plumbing and the maintenance for such. They're relatively prompt, but just continuously do bandaid repairs that don't fully solve the issue. I'm glad that they seem to be willing to continuously pay for plumbers time and time again. It's becoming ridiculous.
