I have had trouble getting maintenance to fix things. It takes a really long time and makes it hard to want to call for maintenance for anything. I also didn't like the fact that they never came out to fix the tiles to the bathroom when I called again to say that the first time they came out they only put the two tiles that fell completely off back on. There were other loose tiles and the ones they did put back on was not done correctly. In fact the tiles were broken but still placed back in even though the tiles were not broken at first before the request. I also didn't like the whole pet fee experience. I was charged double for just one pet. Then they weren't charging anything once they finally adjusted the fee. I finally got the correct amount now and haven't had any problems lately. I am adding a new pet though so I am hoping this experience goes better.
