There might be some muffled white noise from the highway that you may hear from time to time. The unit is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a hop, skip, and a jump away from the historic 6th St Bridge! All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. Small dogs are allowed. There is a $149 pet fee and will be charged via the pay request process. There is also an additional $40/mo/pet. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! There is also a one time $199 cleaning fee.
