Large fenced yard and convenient to all the places on the north east side of the county. Renter deposit is $1,650 and due at signing as well as first month's rent. Pets are highly discouraged, but if you must have a pet, the lease requires the payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 per pet, plus additional rent of $100.00 per pet per month. In no instance will more than two (2) pets be allowed. Pets must be screened and approved by the manager and listed on the lease. Renter pays for all utilities and manages lawn care. Weekly trash service (two bins) is covered by the rent, any fees due to violations are passed on to renter. Any appliances on site belong with the house, including washer and dryer, but they are available for tenant use and are maintained by the tenant. Tenant must verify current employment (earning 3x rent rate), carry renters insurance & complete background and credit checks to be considered for a lease.
