Weve lived in our home for about 5 years, ever year thry adjust the cost of rent way above the rate the government outs out. They do not care if you call and didcuss it. We wre oaying almost 2000$ for a home the size if a two bedroom apartment single floor. Its tiny and has four rooms to fit in the tiny main floor. My point is quit taising the rent just because you can way above recommended rates. If i could move i woukd in a heart beat.

We have loved it at our rental home, our two older kids graduated and my youngest is starting high school...so we actually lost two from the household. Our rent has gone up more than the appropriate increase this last year to almost 2k a month..we started at 1590 a month 4 years ago. Should be illegal to raise it that high without a good reason.

Won't build us a fence, everyone else has one..tried to evict us during a once n a lifetime emergency we were having and didn't care.
