When we found this property it seemed like the dream come true. But shorty after moving here all the problems came out of the wall. The plumbing kept backing up the smell of the house smell of cats in the rug which we had to get cleaned and was never reimbursed for and basically it was a nice big call Victorian home but it wasn't kept up with. All of this things are okay because the area that was in it was close to the city of Chicago but not in the city of Chicago however it was very difficult to get maintenance to come out and fix the problems that came along with the house and whenever we did have someone come out, they tried to pass the cost on to us. The biggest problem that I dislike with this home is that the cost of living was raised each year that we stayed here, and to me it's not worth that, so I'll be moving soon. When your house shopping to rent make sure you check out everything just like a used car check everything thanks backyard front yard, don't take anything for granted because it'll come back and bite you in the end!
