There has beena 3’x3’ hole in the wal lfrom when the plumber made repairs for a leak we had deal with for 8 months that still remains. The insulation in the house is so poor it is very expensive to heat and cool the house (when it is really cold the furnace runs withou ever cutting off and it is the same with the air in the summer). It is so wet in the crawl space that earwigs are a problem every year along with other pest, some I do not know the name of). I have had to have a pest control contract and the house is treated every 3 months plus extra visits when the earwigs get so bad you find them in your purse (grosses me out!). The rent constantly goes up with no improvements or upgrades. The carpet is old and there is a promenant cut out in a very obvious place. In the living room with a different color carpet and it is frayed in places. We have been left without hot water for over a week in the past because the hot water heater needing to be replaced (it sprang a leak that the water ran for 72 hours). We had a gas leak caused by corroded pipes due to the moisture and the repairmen knocked down the fan above the stove and after a year we paid someone ourselves to put it back up. We couldn’t do it ourselves because I am stage 4 lung cancer survivor (with many physical side affects from chemo & radiation) and my husband is 75 years old. Nothing is included in the high rent, water, sewer and trash is added on to the rent every month. If the rent is over a week late, the notice is delivered publicly by the police which one can only assume is done for the embarrasment it causes for your neighbors to see. This is only some of the issues. If I weren’t so sick and weren’t on a fixed income, we would have moved. However, when you add having to hire a moving co, first month rent, and deposit, moving is so expensive. We struggle more each year because the rent goes up 20% or more each year. These are just some of the issues.

I am very sick and getting issues taken care of is often slow and inadequate. It took months (close to a year) just to get the stove fan put back up after maintenance knocked it down while fixing a gas leak. The biggest issue is utility bills! There is no insulation and utility bills are in excess of $300 per month winter and summer. The front and back doors. There is so much more

The entry doors especially the one by the kitchen don't keep any weather out. We have complained every fall and winter since we have been here. Someone was sent to check it out from their maintenance crew, it understands the issue with the door but he is not a professional carpenter so all he could do is a poor patch job that did very little to resolve the problem. The door needs to be rehung properly and a storm door installed. then there are the homemade kitchen cabinets, once again they have sent out people to do patch jobs. The door hardware is improperly installed most of the drawers are hard to open and close. Part of the responsibility of the lessee is to keep the gutters clean, the gutters even when perfectly clean don't drain right because they to aren't hung right I believe it is called the drop or slope of the gutter is off, they don't slope towards the drain, water stands in them. The carpet in all the rooms has what appears to be moisture seeping up in places. The living room has a patch where something must have been accessed in the crawl space at one time or another. To sum it up at least with this property they have put on band aides where work needed and needs to be done. They keep raising the rent, charging prices like the house has been rehabbed or is new construction and it hasn't and it isn't.

They are charging complete renovated prices for a property they did not renovate. the exterior doors were improperly installed, and you can feel the air coming in around the framing. someone tried to reseal the bathtubs instead of replacing them and that is and has been peeling off ever since we have been here. The cabinets are in bad shape, some of the drawers don't track properly, the countertops have some of the veneer loose, it is obvious very little has been done to maintain this property since they have taken it over from the original owners.

Our utility bills are way to high, I checked the attics and there is no insulation at all, there's big temperature difference between the main bedroom and living room, go from freezing to livable, you can feel a draft when you stand by any of the exterior doors.
