The first two days of renting I have been unable to even stay in the house. It’s been between 85-90 degrees in the house constantly since moving in. Ac system is running but not cooling any where close to effectively. This is a void in contract on y’all’s end. These are not livable conditions and not what I signed up for. I need someone to contact me immediately. I Started move in around noon on Saturday the 5th and was moved in around 1:30. Had all doors closed and A/c set on 72 house went up to 85. Called around 4 and made a request for someone to come out. Said maintenance would contact me. Never heard from anyone that night or the following day so I contacted them again Sunday morning the 6th. They couldn’t give me a phone number to contact maintenance nor could they give me a estimated time of when they would be there. I asked how was I supposed to be there to let them in if she couldn’t tell me what time or even what day they were coming. All she could tell was she didn’t know. I asked several other simple questions, all of which she did not have a answer for. House was almost 90 degrees all day again on Sunday. Was unable to unpack or stay there either night. There are additionally other things wrong like the ice maker not working, the house smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire garage had Cobb webs and trash all over the floor including cigarettes and cigarette butts. I just don’t see how y’all could have someone move into a house and pay almost $4000 up front, and the ac not even be working properly plus the other things wrong. I’ve attempted to contact anyone I could to get help since Saturday and have received nothing but a email this morning stating there has been a work order made. I need someone to contact me immediately this is not how you treat your customers.
