I really like the home I'm in and I can tell that the original homeowner took pride in ownership. As with any home, over the years, the property should be updated. The price that I am paying for the rental is equitable to the area I am in, however, the home is not comparable to other rentals that have been updated, ie...kitchen, bath, etc. There are several routine maintenance issues that should have been repaired or replaced before move in. I do like Firstkey's app and hope that utilities can eventually be reviewed and paid through the app rather than through another 3rd party vendor website. There are several 3rd party vendors tied to Firstkey and yet, none seem to understand who is in charge. When I call a 3rd party vendor with a question, Rentcafe or First Energy, for example, I am referred back to FirstKey. When I then call Firstkey, I am redirected back to the vendor through Firstkey's phone system. Very frustrating.
