ehhh... could be a lot better

Moving in was a headache. The property was not cleaned even though the ticket said it was completed. No one ever answers the phone. I'm on hold forever anytime I call. I've been a resident for a year and still do not know my direct contact for the property I'm residing in. I had to ask a neighbor about the trash dates and if I needed to pay because First Key could not give me that answer. I don't even know where my water tank, etc is located to even change the filters. If it's in the crawl space underneath the house... I will not be changing anything! lol Maintenance is slow. I had a huge tree fall on my car and it took them over a month to have someone come out and cut trees down. Per the tree cutter he stated that most of the trees I have are dead and could fall on the house or car at any given moment and that I will have more issues soon. He said he would relay that to First Key... However no one has been out to reassess. Limbs still fall and my car has a lot of dents and scratches that i've come to sadly deal with. Looking at old maintenance requests, this property has had a lot of issues with trees. Not sure why they won't just cut them all down. Also looking at old requests I stumble on the fact that this property has had termite damage. I shouldn't be responsible for pest control in that case, but I'm paying for it. The 'special' renewal price is a joke! Drastically going up in rent with zero amenities in the midst of a recession/inflation period is just hard to even comprehend. Sadly I had no choice but to renew. At least I have a roof over my head and pray a tree doesn't come crashing down.
