Pay a ton for a house that I’ve never been able to have repairs done. 10+ phone calls, missed work for workers that never show. Going to take them to court before lease is up for the thousands of dollars of repairs I’ve had to pay out of pocket that they wouldn’t repair. 1k in just water bills from main spewing water. Air conditioning. Heat. All had to repair. Had to rent a hotel room bc no air in 100 degree heat for 10 days. Faucets had to be replaced. Still have leaks. Don’t bother trying to get them to repair. It’s all a racket. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes just to be disconnected. No one has the time available to deal with first key. You’d have to have no job and nothing to do but make phone calls and stay and home and wait for repair companies that never show. Keep all your documentation of repair costs and take them to court is only answer.
