Found a property. Filled out application and paid application fee. Got approved and paid deposit and first months rent ($5K) and signed lease. Made preparations to move out my house and into the FKHome in 45 days. Never heard from leasing agent until i called 2 days before scheduled move in so we could actually see the house (everything is done online). 2 days before scheduled move in date i was told that my application was denied and someone should have called me. I jumped through all the necessary hoops to get approved. Moved in a week after scheduled move in. Made 12 on time payments then was told rent would be increased by over $100. Decided that was mpre than i wanted to pay on an already inflated rental so i didnt sign renewal. Days before move out, got an offer of only $20 increase. Made 12 more on time payments to be told that rent would be increased by over $200 in a market where rent is declining. Finally just returned the property. Never got keys/garage door opener. Never did move in inspection. No contact since moving out. Have no idea about my security deposit. Very unproffesional experience.

Leasing agent dropped the ball several times during application process aa well as move in/check in. We haven’t had a key to the property.
