I've lived in my current rental going on 3 years. I love the neighborhood, amenities and location. My issues are the always rising rent...no reason rent should go up every single year. When we first signed out lease rent was closer to $1600, we just received our renewal for over $2000. We always pay on time, take care of the house and yard, but it's like we are being punished for being good tenants. Everything in the world is going up with inflation making it hard to live comfortably, we as tenants should not have to also worry about not being able to afford are rent. Not to mention no one ever comes to check to do an annual check of the house to make sure everything is working correctly, half of the time maintenance doesn't show up or they will hire someone else that doesn't do the job 100% and no one ever follows up on the issue. Do better and get better customer service and stop raising your prices on outdated mediocre houses.
