The house its self is nice, but the local managers are difficult to deal with or get in touch with. They've gotten the rent amount wrong, raised rent after the hurricane knocked down the fences and sent multiple tree companies out to our property by mistake.

The house has been as advertised, maintenance has been good, and generally having to contact first key has been easy. But, anything that has required the local property management has been a huge pain requiring multiple phone calls to a call center just to get an email thread started.

We've been here most of a year, the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house has been good. the utility room is cramped and our washer/dryer barely fit, but otherwise we've been happy with the house.
