Lived here 3 months so far. Back and side yards are a complete SWAMP with any amount of rain. Not good for walking around or for cutting grass. The FirstKey company did NOT ensure basic HOA requirement for yard (type of grass, no weeds, freshly cut before I moved in). I received a warning letter from the HOA after only 9 days living here due to overgrown grass and excessive weeds. The FirstKey company did not ensure basic stuff was ready before I moved in: all outside lights were not working, more than half the shelves and drawers in the refrigerator were missing when I moved in. The FirstKey maintenance process appears to work well, but if you have multiple maintenance requests, their email update does not identify which item...
