House rental

I've never lived in a home, so I wasn't sure about what came along with it. Maintaining the grass was the biggest lesson and not having pest control as an included amenity is something I think should be automatic with rental properties. Anyways, I am past that. Now, my biggest issue was not having emergency maintenance when the irrigation system won't turn off. It was left to run for days on end and until I was able to figure out how to do a manual shut off. From there, OFC my bill went extremely higher than normal, had to call for an adjustment, the grass died waiting for a third party company to come and assess and fix the issue, now we're stuck trying to fix the grass so no issues wen we move out. Highly frustrating.
