I have lived here for two years. I was good with the price initially but after only one year the cost went up almost $400 without a chance to cancel the lease which requires 90 days. Was informed of the increase with approximately 30 days' notice. Also, maintenance requests are not completed even though they claim they are. We were charged with corrections that we should not have been responsible for and when I inquired the office went silent and would not respond.

I have contacted management with no response. Maintenance requests are not completed in a timely manner or not at all.

We have been here six months and have had a good experience. We had one maintenance delay but have not had any problems since then.

I have been living here for about 1 month. It's a very nice and quiet community. There are not many amenities but I was familiar with the area and it has fulfilled my requirements.
