The home is beautiful, unfortunately the pool and the hot tub were not working properly when we moved in. The landscape is beautiful but it was not well maintained, we are in the process of working with the landlord to ensure this is addressed. Nancy is extremely professional and effective as the property manager. She is quick to reply and efficiently works to take care of any concerns and has a excellent customer service skills. We were hoping to have access to the hot tub as this was something on our renter list, but upon move in the company told use they do not keep pool heating units. Big disappointment for us. The neighborhood is quiet and so far the elementary and middle schools seem to be good. We have enjoyed the all times floor along with large backyard. The golf court closed 2 yrs ago, which was also a disappointment considering the price we are paying for the rental. I recommend asking these questions before renting a home in this price range with this company. Theses details were not mentioned prior to use moving into the home.
