We like our home. Although it took way too long to access our swimming pool amenities. As a renter, that shouldn’t have fallen on us with the HOA who was highly dosorganized. In addition, this is a three year old house and there were definitely some major issues that weren’t addressed when we first moved in like the fridge water feature wasnt connected, the dishwasher wasnt connected and our sliding door was broken (which took 6 months to fix) and this is still not 100% in working order. Overall though, after 8 months here, we really like the house we live in. Its spacious, has a nice view and is on a quiet street.

I’m happy with the price & overall house, but multiple unsolved issues after three months of living here have made the maintenance quality very low. The outside vendors have been great, but the communication & follow through by the property manager has been poor. For the majority of our stay here, we’ve been living with a screen door that cannot be locked & doesn’t open properly as well as a broken sprinkler system. It also would have been nice to have the key FOBs identified or at least presented in a way that we’d know what they were; they were buried in a drawer & we weren’t made aware of them. I would definitely hesitate to rent from this company again as the manager considered the jobs taken care of when they were never fixed, but only slightly improved.

I love my house but the amount of maintenance that needed to be done from day 1 of move and the amount of maintenance and repairs that STILL need to be done is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this company but do love my location and home.
