Lived in this property for 1.5 years. Maintance requests have always been addressed in a timely manner. The neighbor hood is nice area, and located close to major highways. Kitchen is a bit dated, but very functional and for the price its been a great deal for my roommate and I. The AC is functional but dated, and has been struggling to keep up this excessively hot Florida summer. Rent increase was competitive with other companies I have rented from, and had options for extended lease and early renewal for discounts. Hidden fees are minimal and primarily come from the convience of having your ultilies bundled and out of your name. Without seeing the actual ultitlie bills, hard to tell if they are accuarte, but the prices seems to be in line with what was previous experience. Company also provides a point based reward system, that can be redeemed for gift cards. Online payment portal is very easy to make payments, and allows automatic payments if you choose.
