I have lived here since September of 2023. The location has its pros and cons, its at the end of a dead end street so there's not many people driving by, there's privacy to the property, its not too far away from the grocery stores. The cons are that the only internet provider is CenturyLink, and lots of people use this area as a dumping ground for their trash, I have caught people dumping trash in the lot right next to the home. When I moved in there was a lot of damage to the home that wasn't fixed and per lease I'm not allowed to do repairs. There's some unpatched or poorly patched holes in the walls, holes that were patched but not re-painted over, 2 out of the 3 phone jacks (for internet cable) don't work and don't even have power to them, there's scratches all over the floors in the bedrooms, there's one broken tile in the dining room, the screen to the front bedroom window is broken and bent, the front door was broken (did get that replaced), the screen on the back patio has tons of holes and is not intact with the aluminum, the AC is visibly falling apart and takes its time cooling.
