The house was not properly prepared and cleaned before move in. Knobs to shower and sinks were not changed. One of the bedroom doors apparently had damage. The door was patched up instead of being replaced.

The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are nice. However, the traffic is too heavy when going out and coming in from the south or north after coming out of or going into village. The house I am renting was built in 1998. The hardware was not changed from obviously old to new in preparation for a new rental. At the time I needed to move right away and was surprised. I can clearly see where holes were not patched correctly including damage to one of the bedroom doors. I have communicated this initially when I moved in with zero response. At the least the house should be upgraded to the very least as far as: replace door if there's damage, change light switch covers, change faucet knobs if obviously old, match the colors to the cabinet properly so the colors are not mismatched and smooth out the patches on the wall better. If these items are addressed it would put a better value on what I am paying now for rent. Thank you.

The home I am renting was Not Prepared 100% for a new tenant. My rent increased this month May 2023. I've submitted my initial review of house on initial move in and have yet to hear from someone about my concerns.
