The Florida Turnpike for a day's adventure in Orlando, just 90 minutes away. Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg are also an easy 90 minute drive. If you find you are on a working vacation, we have a dedicated work space with WIFI for your convenience. We ask that when preparing to check out that you leave the beds unmade.....you don't have to strip them and leave used towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor. If you have dirty dishes, just put them in dishwasher and start it and remove containers of food from the fridge and drop your garbage in the provided garbage can. There's WIFI for internet and all of your streaming apps. The pool area is screen enclosed. There's full privacy from neighbors with a wooded lot behind. The large backyard is fenced in. The floor plan of the home has two separate living areas. The master bedroom, bath and living room with TV are separated by the kitchen area from the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a full bath and connects by double doors to a family room with TV, office work area and it's own pool patio door.
