Love the home, but a bit overpriced based on market

I love the home, although the construction isn’t great. The tile floors are cracked due to settling and cheap ceramic tile and poor craftmenship. The cracks are more each day. The electrical has an issue too. The breakers go out ion one side of the kitchen very often and somehow our well is connected to the kitchen breaker. Therefore, since it’s outlets we hardly use we don’t realize it until the water runs and smells like sulfur. Maintenance has been great when its come to issues with the well having a mishap and with doorknobs coming off and the sprinklers going off at crazy hours. Because we are in the lighting capital of the world, I imagine this is the issue and whoever did the work on the panel didn’t consider to separate the well from the kitchen outlets. We arent’t newbies and have owned several homes in Cape Coral, one home was about 4 years old and the others were new homes. We only had an issue with one of the local builders due to poor craftmenship. Unfortunately, if the homes are built like an assembly line; to get things done quickly, there is lack in quality. Nontheless, we are here for now and happy to see that mantainence handles situations within at least a 7 to 15 day time frame.
