-Rent $2,500/month. -We only rent for 90 days or more. -Setup for one person. -Our process includes an application with standard checks. -Once approved, a lease agreement will be given to review. -Lease agreement, which we provide, included all details of stay. -Security deposit is due at the time of confirmation. -If a pet is approved, a pet deposit will be due at the time of confirmation. TERMS:
3-month minimum in general. 4-month minimum if starting in Oct. Nov., or Dec.. No exceptions.
No Smoking. We don't do showings. If you prefer booking on Airbnb, look for us there. Past long term guests have left 5 star reviews consistently. Ask for our reviews if you don't see them here.
