The home features a dramatic mountain-modern living room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining area, expansive outdoor deck, private hot tub, fire table, spectacular mountain views, premium massage chair, and sophisticated smart-home technology. The residence is conveniently located on the free Vail bus route, with the Glacier Court bus stop just a short walk from the home, providing easy access to Vail Village and the mountain without the need to drive. In addition to the residential lease, the selected tenant will work approximately 8–12 flexible hours per week at $30/hour as an Executive & Personal Assistant. Responsibilities may include executive and administrative assistance, scheduling and coordination, errands and purchasing, vendor coordination, household organization, weekly cleaning and laundry, grocery shopping, vehicle/service errands, occasional local transportation assistance, pet care, and household oversight during periods of travel. The ideal candidate is mature, highly responsible, organized, discreet, trustworthy and comfortable working independently. This opportunity may be particularly well suited to someone who already works remotely, has flexible employment or another reliable source of income, and would value living in Vail while earning additional income through a flexible part-time position. Applicants should be comfortable with dogs, household responsibilities and local driving and should have a valid driver's license and strong references. Qualified finalists should expect appropriate employment, rental, background, credit and driving-history screening. Housing and employment are separate arrangements. Rent is $3,500/month under a residential lease. Employment is separately compensated at $30/hour based on actual hours worked.
