Application Requirements
All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application. Background, credit, employment, and income verification are required. All adult occupants must sign the lease agreement. Proof of income, employment, or financial resources is required. Renter's insurance is required throughout the lease term and must include a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. The landlord must be listed as an interested party on the renter's insurance policy. Occupancy is limited to approved occupants listed on the lease. Subleasing or assignment may be considered only with the landlord's prior written approval and successful screening of all adult occupants. Lease extensions are subject to mutual written agreement.
