The bedroom features a luxurious Queen size bed and ample closet space. Your big living room has an office nook and a TV with Netflix and Prime video Disney/Hulu and Peacock and a DVD. There is also a comfortable sectional sofa . And perhaps best of all the cottage has a private outdoor patio that opens up to a well maintained back yard. The property is gated and totally enclosed by fencing. The neighborhood is family oriented. I charge a 200 dollar nonrefundable cleaning fee. You must meet the minimum financial requirement gross of 4,500 dollars a month substantiated with the most recent consecutive 3 months worth of documented pay. You must give 1 months notice prior to moving out. I require a background check, a picture of your drivers license, 2 references and your previous land lord or land lady’s name and phone numbers.
