There are currently have 3 women living in this house and are looking for one more tenant. Two of the tenants are working professionals while the third is a new college student who works part time. The house stays clean, quiet, and all tenants are respectful. The area is in a safe neighborhood and kids go to and from school without adult supervision. The monthly payment covers utilities (internet/gas/electric/water) though Nicole will dictate the thermostat setting. This room will have access to a private bathroom. This room will be afforded street parking only. This room has access to a shared washer and dryer though they are to be used outside of 3 - 6 PM hours (electricity considerations). Smoking must be done outside.
