The home is roomy and has plenty of storage. The backyard has no grass and is unappealing. The large tree in the front yard is shady but the upkeep to the pollen and leaves is high maintenance. Most annoying part of living here is the shopping center deliveries in the 3AM - 4AM range. It is very noisy and took a long time to get used to from the Master's Bedroom area. Be wary of the noise level during holiday celebrations as well throughout the surrounding neighborhoods.

The neighborhood is nice but the surrounding area with a busy drop-off shopping center, and the train on Grand make it noisy. Took a while to get used to the noise and weekend distractions

The home is roomy and great parking in the garage. The house is adjacent to a shopping center and the train that runs near Grand Ave. so, there is a bit of noise from those. However, the neighborhood is nice and quiet most of the time.

Location of property is directly behind a shopping center. The area and home are very nice however, it does get loud in the middle of the night when deliveries are being made. It does take some getting used to.

The home is spacious and there is a lot of storage space both inside and in the garage. There is also a small shed for storage in the back yard. The living, dining and kitchen areas are good size. The lighting in the kitchen over the sink is not ideal. It is nice to have a window over the sink but it really doesn't provide enough light especially in the evening time. One last item is that it would be a plus if the lawn care/landscaping was included in the rent on a monthly basis.

No grass or place for children to play in the back yard except a patio that is uncovered.
