This is a really cute little house. Pool is nice, yard is as is though and could really stand a makeover. Neighborhood is quiet and the few neighbors we met were nice. Elementary school is not rated good, recommend switching your child to a different school.

Nice home in Mesa. Pool is nice and deep. Home fairly new after renovations. No garage and limited parking. Yard as is they did nothing with it.

Cute home. No garage. Interior nice. Yard landscape is as is and needs a lot of tlc. More money than a tenner should be expected to put out. The pool is nice and a nice size.

Home is nice. Was promised new or nearly new appliances, professional cleaning, fresh paint, and all new landscaping before move in. We had to wait an additional 2 weeks before we could get the keys for this, disappointed in what we got and were told after that landscaping is as is. Maintenance has made us wait days for the repair man to come. Neighborhood is OK where the house itself is but rather if one you leave the street the house is on. It is quiet in the area and the neighbours are all very nice. Rent cost for the area and the fact that there is no garage is rather high, but renting sight unseen in order to get a home isn't the best either.
