All in all not bad

Overall I like the house. Maintenance on the other hand has been a problem as well as the pool cleaning service. I have certain issues with the house that has not been resolved after multiple times putting in a ticket. Such as an electrician coming out to fix my outlet that connects to my washer and dryer. Last year I never even swam in my pool because no one was coming out to upkeep the pool. Again there was multiple times where I reached out to get this fixed and things never got resolved until after summer time. I also understand that the housing market has gone up here in AZ but the cost of living here is outrageous but again I understand it is everywhere.
