we have been here in Cullman since October of 22, we have really enjoyed the neighborhood. The few times we've had to have to a repair done they have been quick.

This is a good place to live. I love the area. Maintenance issues have been handled quickly. The house we rented is new, we are the first occupants. Biggest problem we have had is builders grade paper fixtures, door knobs and towel bars. They were not installed properly and literally fell (screws were not tightened down)of the wall when we added towels or toilet paper. Not every fixture fell but a total of 2 towel bars, 2 paper holders and 1 door knob fell of the wall/door. These were easy fixes I made myself and I had to tighten all fixture screws and door knob screws on all remaining fixtures, most of them were loose. Only other negative is the yard is mostly dirt and weeds, no grass seed or sod was added to yard. Overall I am pleased with the home, I renewed my lease for 18 months after the first 1 year lease ended.

We moved into the new home in mid October. The house has never been lived in before. I found a problem with the laundry room dryer plug, it was fixed the next day. So far we are happy with the house and the area and we are extremely happy that our neighbors are nice people.
