I lived in a Kairos Living-managed home for about 4 years. The home itself was fine and matched the original listing, but I would not recommend renting from this company. Communication was often impersonal and dismissive, and management consistently lacked empathy when it mattered most. Maintenance requests and tenant concerns—especially during times of hardship—were met with delays or indifference. We experienced repeated HVAC failures, some during emergency heat advisories, that went unresolved for over 10 days despite multiple follow-ups. For the amount we paid, I expected far better responsiveness and support. It often felt like we were just a payment, not a valued tenant.
