Welcome to the Waitlist for Union Mill & Miller’s Court

Welcome! This application places you on the shared waitlist for Union Mill and Miller’s Court. Approved applicants may live in either building.

We are proud to offer rent discounts for K–12 classroom teachers, and we welcome all applicants.
 

How to Apply

To join the waitlist, you’ll need to create an account and complete a full application, including:

• A photo ID
• Proof of income (recent paystub, offer letter, W-2, tax documents, I-20, or a qualified guarantor)

During the application, you can share your preferences for:

• Building (Union Mill or Miller’s Court)
• Apartment size
• Price range
• Lease start date

When Apartments Become Available

Most apartments become available between June and September, after current residents provide 90 days’ notice. We make offers to waitlist applicants as early as March.

Once you are approved, we will contact you as soon as an apartment that fits your needs becomes available. You’ll then have the opportunity to tour and sign a lease.
