Before you begin, if you have previously completed a pre-application, please contact the manager at (380) 223-9045 so you can maintain your position on the waitlist.

To complete the online application, you'll need to select Register Now to create an account. If you already have an account, you can enter your email address and password to log in below. Please reach out to our community if you need assistance, and you can schedule a time to come in to complete the application at the property computer kiosk.

Once you complete the pre-application and it is processed by the Community Manager, you will be added to the waiting list. When you reach the top of the waiting list, you will be contacted to complete a full move-in application and provide all required documentation. This community requires a $35 application fee per adult applicant when you submit your full move-in application.

Please Note:

• Head of Household (HOH) is the ONLY person who will register and complete the entire application as well as upload documents for ALL household members. Other Household Members will only log in during the process as needed to review and sign documents electronically and add additional documentation if needed.
• Applications can be completed on a mobile device; however, for the best experience, it is highly recommended to complete via computer.
• RENTCafe will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity due to security purposes.
• If you do not finish your application, you may log back in at a later time to complete where you left off.
