MDHA RENTCafé - J. Henry Hale (Market Rate) Apartments
This portal is used exclusively for J. Henry Hale (Market Rate) Apartments only.

J. Henry Hale (Market Rate) Apartments are located in the North Nashville community at 1433 Jo Johnston Ave. The market-rate units at J. Henry Hale Apartments are for households earning at least three times the rent.

J. Henry Hale Apartments is not accepting Applications.
Applications for the market-rate apartments will be accepted online only and can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period. Applicants will be required to pay a $15 application fee per adult household member (defined as individuals 18 and older at the time the application is submitted) when applying online.

The application is simple and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.

Applicants interested in J. Henry Hale Apartments who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-3667 (choose option 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022. Assistance is currently limited to phone calls in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

All new online applications created for J. Henry Hale Apartments will be done using the nationwide RENTCafé portal service. If you're applying for this property, you will need to register a new Rentcafe profile using a unique User Name and Password and include a valid email address. Please do not use an existing Rentcafe registration profile. A User Name is a unique name that you define on your online application for this property. The User Name will automatically default to your email address. It should be changed to a new unique User Name if you are entering multiple online applications for many individuals, or if you plan to apply for other MDHA properties. I’m an individual and I want to be on the J Henry Hale Apartments market rate waiting list. I can use my email address for my User Name, but I can also define my User Name to be a unique name that I can use exclusively for this property. Example: My name is Jane Doe and I’m applying for the J Henry Hale Apartments waiting list. So, I’ve decided to make my User Name be jdoeJhh22. This unique User Name will always be associated with my J Henry Hale Apartments Waiting List online application created on 11/10/2022.

Password Instructions
