The kitchen in the “ADA” apartment is not at ADA guidelines and makes it very difficult to maneuver in. It should not be advertised as such!

I have been here since the opening, we have had great managers, we have had BA management. The same goes with maintenance. The snow removal of the sidewalks don't get done before 9-9:30 am. There are people who work and have to be to work about 6:30 am. There are people with pets that walk their pets about that time. Oh yea, but you can't hardly open the door the south side door due to the drifting of the snow/ice. Heck some of us are even vacumming our hall ways. If I would of known what I know now, I would of stayed where I was before.

Not enough handicap parking. The windows in the ADA apartments are impossible for someone in a wheelchair to open, need to be more user friendly. The ceiling fans need to have remotes, can't reach the chain from a wheelchair.

Since they opened, every other week something is messed up, residents are friendly, 3 managers since opening, rules changing every manager change, Feels like a day care instead of a senior living apartment complex, should have grab bars in all bath room areas without needing a Drs order.

This is basically an extended stay motel with thinner walls.
