Residents will enjoy a pick-up/drop off area, a walking path and an outdoor patio. The building is secure, with access controls and security cameras. The community space includes a community room with kitchen, laundry rooms on each floor (in-unit laundry for two-bedroom units) exercise machines, a computer lab and library. 37th Street School is located near public transportation routes, and the neighborhood includes many amenities including being close to Washington Park, a 120-acre park designed by famed landscape architect, Frederick Law Olmstead, the Washington Park Senior Center, a Progressive Health Clinic.
