9 th year

This is my 9th. years living here. Our Manager will work with you on what needs to be fixed, and takes the time to speak with you.

Good place to live

Been living here for 8 years now. The manager that we have now is a very good manager. Neighbors here are friendly, and watch out for each other. Close to downtown Dodgeville, and hospital. Very nice apartments to live in. Hopefully be living here for another 8 years.

Usually very nice

I have made some very good friends here, and will miss them. I loved it here, but the rent increases have made it impossible for me to stay. Lawn maintenance has become a disappointment. Maintenance needed is not kept up. Definitely a problem. As far as I am concerned, Amy C. The manager has been the very best, to me.

Rent to high, property manager is really poor, no maintenanc

The place was better when it first opened. There was a great property manager and there was maintenance here every day. It has gone hill in the last couple if years after some merging with another company in Madison. When the place first opened people were told rent would only go up $16 a year. Now it goes up $300 a year. People can't afford to live here and they are leaving because of it. The property manager is the most unfriendly person you can meet. Her phone is always full with messages and ahe doesn't return call. She tells us she can't hire a maintenance person. We need a maintenance person here all the time. Things never get fixed for months on end. It is uncalled for. We pay our rent for things that are broken or mold is in your place, doors all need new door seals put in on the bottom of the doors. Doors leak and you can see light through the bottom and side of the door. If is pathetic the way things are falling apart inside and it takes months for maintenance to get here and c then they are here one day and ginr again for months. I can't remember when a maintenance was here last. The property manager is always has excuses why things are not getting done or her famous words are I am working on it. How long do you have to work on getting things fixed and done. Now we are having 3 months inspections for what. Nothing gets done so why have inspections. I put all of my work orders through rent café. I don't need her to come inspect my place and all she does is turn the lights on. She wants to make sure the lights work. It is ridiculous. People take off work because they want to be there for the inspection, She can give a time she will be at your place instead of saying between 9:00 - 5:00. The time can be narrowed down. When it takes a half an hour or less per apartment. I am sorry she can give a time she will be at your place. The place is falling apart and not worth the rent charged. It is not affordable housing at all.
