Very affordable clean and friendly place to live

There are no amenities. There’s no dishwashers. There are shared laundry facilities but the laundromat is better. They’re raising rent but the quality in the apartments suck. We were suppose to move and into something bigger and better but the pandemic stopped that. I definitely hate living here. Thin walls. Windows have vents on them so the heat escapes. Cheap carpet. You’d think with rental raises they’d provide more for their tenants but nope. The only good thing that we’ve seen from living here, is getting to know your neighbors and making friends. There is a great community presence and everyone looks out for each other.
