Great apartments

I have lived at Riverview for almost a year and have been happy here. The leasing team is friendly, approachable and their door is open for any questions or assistance you need. Maintenance staff are efficient and responsive. Yes, it can be a bit noisy at times as children are playing in the playgrounds but overall the quiet hours are respected by the tenants. Great place to walk your dog as Henry M Jackson park is right across the parking lot!

Could be better

Expensive it is expensive living here. Maintenance was severely late when I had made a request for service. The location is not ideal being right off a main throw away for commercial traffic. With all that the staff has been curious and polite I'll also being understanding and working with me on payments. That I fell behind on .
